We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit may be subject to a cancellation fee.

In an emergency situation, we will reach out to you directly. Please provide 2-3 references to call if we cannot reach you, including your primary veterinarian who has seen your pet before for day visits. If needed, we will take your pet to a 24/7 emergency veterinary hospital for after-hour emergencies. You can also list out any preexisting conditions, allergies, vaccine status, and medications, as well as any pet insurance information for your pet.
